Tiffany L. Brown

Dr. Tiffany L. Brown is a tenured Associate Professor of Family and Child Studies at Montclair State University in New Jersey. Areas of research and expertise include parenting, marriage, intimate relationships, and adolescent development. In 2003, she completed her Ph.D. in Child and Family Studies at Syracuse University and she also holds a M.A. in Social Science-Human Development and a B.S. in Psychobiology from Binghamton University. She regularly publishes her research in academic journals and presents at national professional conferences in her field. In addition to her academic work, Dr. Brown has also worked as a social worker with children and families dealing with issues of abuse and neglect.
